Ingredients for 4 people
  • 10 squash blossoms on large
  • 10 tablespoons of glutinous rice (rice spoon so, who the courgette)
  • 4 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 large onions, chopped
  • 4 large tomatoes, chopped
  • 1/3 cup water
  • Parsley chopped
  • chopped fennel
  • Mint chopped

Wash the zucchini, remove the stem and make a small slit in the side. In a bowl add all ingredients and mix well, adding water.

Fill the zucchini as the classic “Filled” from the slot at the side and in rows side by side in a baking pan that we smeared with oil.
Add a little water to the pan for moisture and bake for 50 minutes at 150 degrees Celsius.
